The operational problem

Mixed overstock and returned goods rarely arrive as a clean product catalogue. Identity, condition, accessories and sellable quantity must be established before a trustworthy offer can be published. Re-entering these facts into a warehouse system, webshop and partner spreadsheet creates opportunities for inconsistent prices and stock.

One product workflow

WareRushAI connects barcode or photo intake, background enrichment, review, pricing, images and warehouse movements. Fast intake saves physical facts before enrichment finishes. Product taxonomy, stock classification and catalogue groups describe different things and should not be collapsed into a single category.

System architecture

A React progressive web application uses authenticated services on Google Cloud. Service infrastructure and storage use European regions. Background queues separate slow AI and image work from the operator’s immediate warehouse steps. Company workspaces scope access to products, stock and partner relationships.

AI assistance and limits

AI proposes product information and prices; it does not certify identity, condition, compatibility or safety. Poor photos, ambiguous labels and incomplete evidence can require human review. The pipeline protects operator-confirmed facts and keeps incomplete or uncertain products out of the ready catalogue. No fixed processing time or identification accuracy is promised.

Product images

The own background-removal service prepares a cut-out on white at 1000 px. Compare corrected images with the original, especially around accessories and transparent or cropped edges. Condition notes and damage photos communicate defects separately. A corrected image cannot reconstruct missing evidence.

Shopify integration

Authorised Shopify connections synchronise product information, prices, images and catalogue collections. Inventory is intentionally two-way, with an hourly guard to reconcile drift. Readiness gates keep unfinished products as hidden drafts. Permissions and connection health remain prerequisites; outages are not instantaneous synchronisation.

B2B collaboration

Companies choose catalogue visibility and partner access. Shared catalogue carts create seller-specific order requests; sellers confirm availability and shipping. Price levels, net or gross display and daily ECB reference-rate conversions support partner offers. An order request does not by itself settle payment or prove dispatch.

Warehouse locations

Shelf codes belong to warehouse sites and help identify where goods are stored. Location assignments support lookup, labels and picking order without creating a competing shelf-level stock balance. Shelf-management screens are being introduced with their corresponding release. Physical verification remains necessary.

Security and data protection

Firebase authentication and service-side workspace and role checks govern access. EU storage location must be distinguished from the processing scope of external AI model services; model endpoints can have different terms. The published privacy notice and data processing agreement describe responsibilities and processing. No certification or unconditional EU-only AI processing is claimed.

Plans and implementation

The card-free trial lasts 14 days. Monthly list prices excluding VAT are USD 49, 99, 199 and 399 for Starter, Business, Pro and Scale. AI allowances are counted in calls. The Catalogue remains free after the trial. Begin with company defaults and a small representative intake sample, verify prices and photos, then connect Shopify and introduce partner ordering.
