Terms of Service

1. The service

WareRushAI is inventory management software provided by the service provider. Using the service requires an account, and access is determined by membership in a workspace.

The software works from the data entered by the user. The service provider accepts no liability if the user records incorrect or incomplete data.

2. Account and workspace

The account created at registration is personal. Keeping the password safe is the user's responsibility; never share your password with anyone.

Whoever creates a workspace is given the administrator role for it. The administrator can invite further users and set their role.

Users belonging to a workspace can only access their own workspace's data.

3. Roles

Administrator: full access, including settings, pricing and user management.

Warehouse: stock movements, product intake and label printing.

Sales: viewing products and partners and managing orders, without changing stock.

4. Permitted use

The service may only be used for lawful purposes. Hacking, overloading or circumventing the system, or viewing other users' data without authorisation, is prohibited.

Uploading content that infringes a third party's rights is prohibited.

5. AI suggestions

The AI assistant makes suggestions for product data, categories and prices. These are suggestions only: critical settings take effect after approval.

The service provider gives no guarantee of the accuracy of the suggestions; the final decision and its consequences are the user's.

6. Service level and availability

The service provider aims for continuous availability, but maintenance or an unforeseen fault may cause a temporary outage.

The service provider may improve or change the service, and will give advance notice of any material change.

7. Liability

The service provider is not liable for damage arising from incorrect data recorded by the user, from sharing a password, or from use of the service other than as intended.

The service supports the user's business decisions but does not replace them.

8. Termination

The user may request deletion of their account at any time. The workspace owner may request deletion of the workspace and the data belonging to it.

In the event of a serious or repeated breach, the service provider may suspend access.
