Choose who sees your stock
Your own catalogue contains ready products organised into catalogue groups. Sharing can be off, partner-only or public according to your settings. The system catalogue searches other companies’ shared catalogues; it does not make every company’s warehouse public.
Manage partner access
The seller reviews partner applications and manages partner relationships. Invited partners can use the partner portal when that portal is enabled. An invitation is not an unconditional promise of access: sign-in, the invitation state and the seller’s permissions still matter.
Agree the commercial terms
Partner price levels, currency and tax display affect the offer the partner sees. The seller can specify shipping during confirmation. Catalogue visibility and an order request do not by themselves complete delivery or payment.
