1. Set catalogue visibility
Open Catalogue → My catalogue. Review ready products and catalogue groups, then choose the intended sharing audience.
2. Manage partners
Open Partners, review applications and invite the intended partner using the available invitation workflow. Partner portal access also requires that portal to be enabled.
3. Review the cart
In a shared catalogue, select quantities and inspect the cart. Products are grouped by seller, with an order request per selling company.
4. Follow the order
Send the request once and check My orders. The seller confirms availability and shipping; review the final currency, tax display and terms before fulfilment.
