An owner or administrator opens Settings and the Shopify connection. Use the store you are authorised to manage.
2. Authorise the connection
Complete Shopify’s authorisation flow and return to WareRushAI. Older connections may need reconnecting to grant publication access for collections.
3. Check a ready product
Review the product’s name, price, photos, category and condition, then check synchronisation status. Incomplete products can remain hidden Shopify drafts.
4. Verify stock and collections
Compare one known product and its site quantities, and check the catalogue groups in Shopify collections. If synchronisation reports an error, resolve it before importing the same data again.
