Revised:
1. Open intake
Choose Inventory, then Warehouse → Receive. Select the intake mode appropriate to the job; Fast intake saves the basic warehouse record while background work continues.
2. Identify and photograph
Scan or enter the barcode if available. Photograph the entire product and readable labels. An existing product match should be checked before a second product is created.
3. Save warehouse facts
Enter the real quantity, site and stock classification. Returned goods also need condition notes and evidence of faults. Save the intake.
4. Check the result
Open the saved product and follow background processing. Verify the name, category, suggested price and photos. Resolve missing or uncertain information before treating it as ready for sale.
