Revised:
Capture the product and the evidence
A clear front photo, readable barcode and label close-ups help identify a product. Fast intake saves the warehouse basics first: quantity, location and the stock classification chosen by the operator. Missing details can be filled in by a background job.
Review the background result
The existing intake pipeline can suggest a name, brand, description, product category and price. A stock classification such as new overstock or returned goods describes the condition of your stock; it is not the same as the product taxonomy. Check both before publishing.
Keep uncertainty visible
An unreadable code or ambiguous model must not become an invented specification. Review incomplete or uncertain records and add another photo when needed. Background processing takes time; saving the first record does not mean every AI task has finished. Manually entered prices, quantities and confirmed facts are protected.
