Workspace-scoped access
WareRushAI uses authenticated accounts and role-based access to company workspaces. Workspace separation is enforced by the service; a visible navigation item is not an authorisation check. Grant each colleague the role needed for their work and review access when responsibilities change.
EU infrastructure and AI boundaries
The application uses Google Cloud European regions for its service infrastructure and storage. AI processing also involves model services, whose endpoint and processing terms can differ from storage location. EU hosting alone is not a claim that every model request stays exclusively inside the EU. See the privacy notice and data processing agreement for the applicable scope.
Operational responsibilities
Protect sign-in credentials and upload only material you are entitled to process. Shared catalogue settings determine which product information is offered to other businesses. The published privacy notice, terms, data processing agreement and imprint identify the provider and explain responsibilities; no security certification is implied here.
