Inventory software for mixed overstock and returns
WareRushAI connects product intake, identification, pricing and inventory in one web application. It is built around the daily work of merchants receiving mixed overstock and customer returns.
What is WareRushAI?
A product and warehouse workflow for small and medium-sized businesses. Start with a barcode, an identifier or a photo; prepare product data, select a category, review pricing, receive stock, print labels and connect to your Shopify store.
Who is it designed for?
Overstock and recommerce merchants, returns businesses, small warehouses, retailers and Shopify sellers. The same product records support warehouse operations and B2B partner sales with customer-group pricing. A particular retailer or catalog is an identification source, not a restriction on who can use the product.
How does AI help?
AI can assist with identification, draft names and descriptions, category suggestions and pricing. Existing product records and public catalog knowledge can also provide information without a new model call. Uncertain suggestions need operator review; a photo or barcode cannot guarantee a correct identification or market value.
Does WareRushAI connect to Shopify?
Yes. The business configures its Shopify connection and the permissions needed for the operations it uses. WareRushAI handles product and stock workflows while Shopify handles storefront sales and checkout. WooCommerce is planned; it is not presented as an available integration.
Can warehouse workers and partners share product information?
Product records connect warehouse and B2B workflows. Access follows the user’s role and the business settings. Availability depends on the selected plan and configured integrations.
Which languages are available?
The public website is available in English and Hungarian, with separate, directly accessible language versions. Published plans and the feature overview are linked below.
