What the Számlázz.hu connection does
WareRushAI issues invoices through the Számlázz.hu Invoice Agent. Invoices are created from the shop till (invoice or partner documents) and later from any sale. The invoice PDF can be downloaded, the invoice can be cancelled, and buyer details are filled in automatically from the tax number. One sale gets one invoice: duplicate protection prevents double issuing even after network errors.
Security: test mode and an encrypted key
The connection uses the merchant's own Invoice Agent key. The key is stored encrypted (Google Secret Manager) and only its last four characters are shown. A new connection starts in test mode: only a preview PDF is produced, no real invoice is created. The owner or an admin switches on live invoicing with one click.
Connect in four steps
1. In your Számlázz.hu account, create a key in the Invoice Agent keys menu. 2. In WareRushAI, go to Settings → Integrations → Invoicing, choose Számlázz.hu and paste the key. 3. Issue a test invoice from the till and check the preview PDF. 4. When everything looks right, switch on live invoicing.
AI at the core
In WareRushAI, artificial intelligence does the admin work. From one product photo it recognises the product and fills in the name, brand, barcode, category and description. It researches market prices with cited sources, produces consistent white-background product images, and fills the fields marketplaces require (manufacturer, product safety, category parameters) in the background. We are building our own AI model on a product database of several million items that keeps growing, so recognition and pricing get more accurate and cheaper over time.
Webshops, marketplaces and the shop till in one place
Live: Shopify store (two-way stock sync), Allegro (hundreds of active offers), Pepita, Árukereső, Árgép and Google Shopping product feeds, B2B partner catalogue. In development: WooCommerce, UNAS and Shoprenter webshops, eMAG, Amazon, Temu and Alza marketplaces, and SAM4S online cash register control for the shop till. A product is added once, and every channel shows the same stock.
What we are building now
Automatic invoices for every marketplace and webshop order at the moment of dispatch, uploading the invoice back to the marketplace (Allegro, eMAG), and VAT handling for foreign buyers. Our goal: from order to invoice, a merchant should never have to type anything by hand.
