Connect the store
An authorised administrator connects Shopify and grants the requested permissions. Product details, prices and images are synchronised with the store. Catalogue groups can be mirrored as Shopify collections; publishing those collections requires the relevant Shopify publication permission and may require reconnecting an older connection.
Two-way inventory
Shopify inventory changes and warehouse inventory changes participate in the same two-way workflow. An hourly stock guard checks for differences and repairs synchronisation drift. This is reconciliation, not a promise of instantaneous delivery during every network outage. Avoid independent manual stock corrections in both systems at once.
Publish only ready products
Incomplete and uncertain products remain outside the ready catalogue. A product can be present in Shopify as a hidden draft while processing continues. Check readiness, connection status and reported errors before repeatedly importing or creating the same item again.
