Revised:
Why WooCommerce stores outgrow manual stock
WooCommerce counts stock per product, but it does not know your warehouse: bin locations, several stock rooms, wholesale partners or a second sales channel. When every delivery brings different products, such as overstock lots, returns or seasonal goods, the slow part is creating hundreds of new listings by hand and keeping the counts right after every sale.
Connect without copying keys
WooCommerce has a built-in approval screen for apps. You enter your store address, approve read and write access in your own WordPress admin, and the keys go straight to the inventory app. Nobody needs to copy API keys from the REST API settings.
What should sync
Finished products should reach the store with name, description, price, image, GTIN or EAN code and stock, while unfinished products stay hidden drafts. Paid orders should reduce warehouse stock automatically and cancelled orders should return it, without storing customer names or addresses in the warehouse system.
How WareRushAI does it
Warehouse staff photograph a product or scan its barcode on a phone. WareRushAI writes the listing, suggests a price for approval and places the product on a shelf. With WooCommerce connected, finished products and stock changes reach your store within about ten minutes, and paid WooCommerce orders are deducted from stock automatically.
