Revised:
1. Connect the store
An owner or administrator opens Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce and enters the store address, for example https://shop.com. WooCommerce opens its own approval page: approve read and write access there. No API keys need to be copied.
2. Bring in existing products (optional)
If the store already has products, press Import existing products and choose where their stock belongs. They arrive as drafts with their stock; their text and images stay unchanged in the store. Variable products are skipped in this step.
3. Switch on sync
Turn on Send products and stock to WooCommerce. Finished products go to the store with price, description, image, EAN and stock; unfinished products stay drafts. After the first upload, changes follow within about ten minutes.
4. Check orders
Place or wait for a paid WooCommerce order and check that the warehouse stock went down. Cancelled orders return the stock. Orders that cannot be matched to one product and site wait for review.
